Experience solitude and exploration on this 3-day, 2-night trip down the Ruby-Horsethief section of the Colorado River. A 25-mile rafting adventure from Loma, Colorado to Westwater, Utah, combining flat water with sections of Class I and II rapids. Enjoy your days floating through beautiful red rock and black rock canyons on a raft or inflatable kayak. Evenings will be spent eating meals prepared by your guides while gazing up at the endless starry sky. The Black Rocks are composed of rock known as Vishnu Schist, dating back about 1.7 billion years. Catch sight of abundant wildlife, including great blue herons, bald eagles, peregrine falcons, mule deer, and desert bighorn sheep.

National Ability Center Rafting Trips are fun and inclusive. Each adventure is designed to accommodate and adapt to people with all types of disabilities and their families. Our guides specialize in adaptive recreation and ensure that all activities, trails, and accommodations are accessible. Individuals, families, and groups are welcome. Safety is top-of-mind at the NAC. Our full-time rafting staff are certified in Swiftwater Rescue through the ACA and are Wilderness First Responders.

Experience the exhilaration of Class III+ rapids aptly named Sock It To Me, Skull, and Last Chance as you cruise through this world-renowned canyon. You'll transition from red rock sandstone into narrow Vishnu Schist canyons and back out into wide open sandstone valleys on this 17-mile route. Prepare for big splashes and fun drops on this intermediate river section.

Located at 610 Cermak St in Moab, UT, our Moab office and boathouse is home to our rafting trips. We meet at river put-ins and shuttle locations. You will receive a confirmation email with location and preparation details upon registration.

Spend 5 days floating down the serene Labyrinth Canyon on rafts and canoes. This flat water stretch starts in Green River and ends at the border of Canyonlands National Park. You'll paddle through meandering canyons while spotting bald eagles, river otters and desert bighorn sheep.

Experience 6 days and 5 nights on the most remote section of the river in Desolation Canyon. We'll cover 68 miles by use of motor and human-powered rafts. Evenings will be spent eating yummy meals prepared by your guides and gazing up at the milky way.
